LIMITED WARRANTY AGREEMENTS

Thanks for choosing BLACKCELL! We are pleased to provide warranty service for all our customers.

Please read the following items carefully and be sure to keep your warranty card and original sales receipt for a period of 6 months(batteries )and 12months(chargers)from the date of purchase.if there is any problem with our products.it would be highly appreciated that you can help us with videos for pictures to full description what is going wrong. After we confirmed, we will replace new ones for you in your next order. The warranty only offer to those why buy directly from BLACKCELLTECH LLC. And to the items itself.

Warranty service is provided for all customers and all products and all the relevant information regarding our warranty services can be found below but we would like to remind you that the information provided should be read carefully and that all customers should keep all proof of purchase and sales receipts for a period of up to 6 months in regards to batteries and 12 months in regards to chargers. These warranty periods are viable from the date of purchase.

Images and videos will be extremely helpful in the event of a product issue, as they will help us determine the viability and extent of the damage. This will also help to determine if a product is eligible for warranty or not.

 

Charger Warranty Service (12 Months)

BlackCell chargers can be replaced by authorized distributors within a 12 month if there are any product issues.

The warranty is invalid and void in any situation such as:

• The product(s)is /are broken, reconstructed and modified.
• The product(s)is /are damaged by leakage of batteries.
• The product(s) is /are damaged by improper use.

 

Battery Warranty Service (6 Months)

Please don’t do any physical abuse, misuse to any of the cells. It is also prohibited that wrongly use our cells in any way that is not consistent with the user’s manual. Any purposeful destruction to the products is not allowed.

BlackCell batteries should not undertake any physical harm or any use which is not in conjunction with the user manual and should not be misused. Any purposeful destruction to any BlackCell products is not allowed. 

Rechargeable Batteries:

The guarantee covers any manufacturing defects and any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. The warranty doesn't provide for physical damage, misuse, or general wear and tear. Ensure you treat your battery well.

Warranties are not guarantees and only cover manufacturing faults.Damage wear and tear or any subsequent damage that may occur are not covered under the warranty.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing defects and any repairs, or replacements if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. The warranty doesn't provide for physical damage, misuse, or general wear and tear. Please ensure that all batteries are treated well and with the proper precautions.

Warranties are not guarantees and only cover manufacturing faults. Damage, wear and tear or any subsequent damage that may occur during the battery usage period, are not covered under the warranty. 

• DO NOT place loose batteries in a pocket, purse, or other receptacle containing metal objects.
• DO NOT Store batteries with hazardous or combustible material. Batteries should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.
• DO NOT allow the batteries to be dropped from a distance greater than 1 meter. All batteries must be handled with care.
• DO NOT use or charge batteries if the plastic sleeve or wrap has been damaged or torn.
• ALWAYS keep batteries away from the reach of children and pets.
• NEVER load the batteries backwards. please follow the directions in the user manual.
• When using devices that require more than one battery, try to ensure that the batteries are all on the same charge level, in order to avoid performance issues.
• A battery case should always be used while carrying batteries, to avoid damage or misuse
